During the Arundel Festival of the Arts, there is so much for everyone to enjoy. Stroll around our historic town and discover street entertainment, magicians, circus skills, face painting, dance, music, culture and the arts.

There is a spectacular amount of street entertainment across the whole of Arundel, from Friday 16th August to Bank Holiday Monday 26th August providing an inclusive and diverse, fun filled community festival for all the family. Performers include stilt walkers; Jive and Morris dancers; magicians; circus skills; singing and dance workshops; vintage fashion shows and festival markets, with more planned.

From the opening 'Flag Raising' ceremony in Arundel High Street on Saturday 17th August as part of the Farmer's Market,  It's a Knockout Challenge UK on Sunday 18th August at Arundel Football Club, to open air cinema on Monday 19th August, the town will buzz with street entertainment, café culture, musical performances, vintage markets and family-friendly fun for the whole community to enjoy.

  Out of the Deep Blue is taking place on Saturday 24th August and is a large-scale outdoor performance featuring a 13-foot sea giant puppet and a contemporary dancer, inspired by the themes of the climate emergency and the biodiversity crisis.

For more than a decade Billy's Band have entertained audiences around the globe. An ensemble that includes some of the UK's finest performers, Billy's musicians will provide interactive family concerts to celebrate the power of instrumental music in Jubilee Gardens on Sunday 25th August.  

Once again, Arundel High Street will thrum with the sound of The Sporting Bears Motor Club on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th August with their sports and performance cars. Raising money for UK children's charities, The Bears (as they are affectionately known) will take you for a ride in the car of your choice. 

The Duck race in support of the RNLI makes a welcome return on Bank Holiday Monday

For those who prefer a slower pace, there will be Historic Arundel walks throughout the festival. 

Discover Arundel with the Arundel Museum Children's Trail, find local food, drink, arts and crafts at the Farmer's Market, enjoy family fun at Arundel Lido.
